• ACDelco VSC is like a health PPO for the consumer’s vehicle
• The participating TSS shop is the “In-Network” provider
• Deductible at a TSS “In-Network” provider is $100
• Deductible at all other “Out-of-Network” repair facilities is $500
• $400 incentive for consumer to take business to participating TSS shop
